• Registration: To use certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

• User Content: You retain ownership of data you upload to the Services (“User Content”), such as client lists or player data. By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process it to provide the Services.
• Feedback: Any feedback or suggestions you provide about the Services may be used by us without obligation to you.
7. Third-Party Integrations
Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., USTA systems, payment processors, or scheduling tools). We are not responsible for the performance or policies of these third parties. You should review their terms before using integrated services.
